The aroma of freshly baked bread lured Mike into his Nonni’s Italian cucina. His head nestled into her crisp white apron, she opened the bread box and tore off a piece of the warm loaf. Dipping it in the simmering sauce, Nonni popped it into her Nipote’s already watering mouth.
Three decades past, stepping onto the beach of Tuscany’s western coast felt like home to this Italian man. The architecture and cuisine brought back the feelings of his grandmother’s kitchen. A dream was born, and brought to life in Baja Sur. Welcome to Villa Piazzas!
Getting Here
Nestled on the pristine shores of the breathtaking Pacific Ocean, Villa Piazzas is situated in a truly idyllic location. Just an hour’s drive from both the Los Cabos (SJD) airport, as well as the La Paz (LAP) airport, Villa Piazzas is convenient to all Baja Sur has to offer.
A quick 15-minute journey south of Todos Santos, and five minutes south of El Pescadero, Villa Piazza is near amenities, yet isolated for ultimate privacy. This luxury beachfront villa is located in south Cerritos beach, a five mile white sand beach with one of the world's top surf breaks at the northern point.

Mike Piazza
Meet the man behind the Villa Piazzas vision. Mike has been a member of the Pescadero and Todos Santos community for over a decade. When Mike isn’t welcoming guests at his beachfront wedding venue, he’s deep sea fishing, playing Pickleball or cooking up something delicious. Mike’s dream is for couples and their families to feel at home here, just as he did as a young boy visiting Italy.
